www.showdogsireland.com (referred to as Show Dogs Ireland or this website) is owned and run by Ibex Web Solutions (referred to below, as we, us or our). In using this website, you as a user (referred to below as you or your) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy during the compilation of this website. Where errors or omissions are brought to our attention, amendments will be made as quickly as possible. However, Ibex Web Solutions does not accept any liability to any person in contract or otherwise for direct or consequential loss caused to the user arising from anything contained in this site or for any error or omission in it even if such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of Ibex Web Solutions or its servants or agents.

A - Sales & Services

Certain products and services are available for purchase from the site. If the user wishes to access these, the user will pay the applicable fee in accordance with the rates and procedures specified by Show Dogs Ireland.

In accessing any of the Sales & Services areas, the user shall take all reasonable steps to protect Show Dogs Ireland data from access by unauthorised third parties and will use any password or user identification (ID) or user name issued by Show Dogs Ireland for use in accessing these Services. The user accepts that they are responsible for the use of any such security measures and warrants that they will keep any such password, user identification or user name or any other security mechanism or device confidential and will not disclose it to any other person.

Some of the goods or services available on this site are supplied by third parties and some are supplied direct by Show Dogs Ireland. As regards those which are supplied by third parties, Show Dogs Ireland shall have no responsibility to the user in respect of them and gives no warranty as to satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or compliance with any description in relation to them.

Show Dogs Ireland shall have no liability to the user whether in contract or not for any loss suffered by the user resulting from the use of a credit card, debit card or charge card or any modification thereof in order to access the Show Dogs Ireland service.

A1 – Sales Orders Contract

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you an email confirmation that we have despatched the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

B - Pricing

All prices shown are in GB pounds. Currently, online payments may only be made in GB pounds. Delivery charges will be added to the order during the checkout process. The delivery charge will be dependant on the country to which the order is to be delivered. Delivery charges are clearly shown during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to amend quoted prices and delivery charges at any time prior to invoice.

C - Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of your order and payment being received.

D - Delivery

The exact means of delivery will be at our discretion. We will normally use first class mail, Royal Mail Parcels and International Air Mail depending on the weight and size of the order and destination. Delivery should take between 2 and 5 days. You will receive an email informing you when the order has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

E – Returns

This website fully complies with the Sale of Goods act and distance selling regulations. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334.

E1 - Non Faulty Goods

If you receive goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, without a re-stocking fee, subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.
You inform us of your desire to cancel within fourteen working days of receipt of the product(s).
You can contact us via email (our preferred method of communication) or by post to tell us this.
The goods are not made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
You pay the return delivery charges.
Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.
Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Full refunds will be made directly to the Credit or Debit card used to pay for the item. Items purchased by Cheque/Money order will be refunded by same.

G - Product Descriptions & Images

Every care has been taken to ensure the product descriptions are accurate and that product images are a true representation of the object. We do not warrant that all product descriptions are error-free and current. If a product offered by us, is not as described, a refund or replacement product will be issued. Every care is taken to ensure the product images give a true representation of the product. In some cases the colour of the product may differ slightly to that of the image. Where appropriate, the product dimensions are included in the product description.

Unless stated in the product description, products are not sold with warranties or guarantees.

Print Images offered for sale are as seen with our copyright removed. The colour balance of each image is adjusted during photographic processing and final prints may vary slightly from those viewed for sale.

Individuals submitting completed questionnaires accept that the information (including name, address, telephone number and email address) provided will be made available to view on this website. Show Dogs Ireland does not check the validity of the information provided and shall have no responsibility or liability of any kind for the accuracy or content of such information.

By using this website, you are giving your consent to receive email communications from us. The emails will detail information about any current orders or information pertaining to enquires initiated by the user.
